	Princesa de Penasco Princesa de Peñasco is resort living at its finest. From our beach front top floor apartment you'll be able to see across the beautiful Sea of Cortez to the Peñasco lighthouse beyond.
From the ground-floor condo the heated pool is only a few steps away, and the most beautiful beach in Rocky Point is only a few steps beyond that. Relax in your home away from home. Enjoy the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets you may ever see. Everything is provided – just bring your suntan lotion. Daily maid service is included. We even supply the soap and softener for the washer/dryer. The Princesa is located on a private portion of Sandy Beach, yet is a short drive or even a refreshing walk along the beach to town.
Princesa de Penasco Amenities
It is just far enough away from the vendors, nightly fireworks and rowdy crowds, but close enough for short trips to any local destination. The Princesa is a gated property offering 24-hour security.
Resort amenities include clubhouse with fitness center, on-site convenience store, heated swimming pools and a child wading pool.	Princesa de Peñasco has been very carefully laid out to maximize the views and create the feeling of a luxurious, private enclave.
Princesa de Penasco Rooms
They come complete with a full kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher, along with all necessary cookware, glasses, flatware, utensils and appliances (including a coffee-maker) -- everything you need to feel at home. Units are fully air conditioned (central air) and have cable TVs and a VCR. They even have a laundry room with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
